Trade Quote Forge is a web-based tool that helps tradies and small trade businesses draft quotes faster, using your own labour rates and material prices plus AI assistance to turn a job description, photos or plans into an itemised draft quote. It also helps manage clients, jobs, rates and quote documents in one place.
Quotes, line items, take-offs and any other content the Service generates using AI are drafts intended to save you time — they are not professional, engineering, legal or financial advice, and we don't guarantee they are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular job. AI can misread a plan, misjudge a quantity, or miss something a competent tradie would catch. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting and approving every quote before you send it to a client or rely on it. We are not responsible for losses arising from an AI-generated quote you sent without reviewing it.
You need an account to use the Service. New accounts are reviewed and approved by us before they become active. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 and authorised to sign up on behalf of the business you register.
You own the job, client, rate and quote data you put into the Service. We store it to provide the Service to you, and each account's data is kept separate from every other account's. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (your rates, your material prices, your clients' details) and for having the right to enter any client information you upload. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
The Service is currently offered on a free trial, and may be offered free of charge during a beta period at our discretion. Where paid plans are shown, we'll always tell you before anything you use would start costing money — there is no automatic billing without your agreement. We may change plan pricing or features going forward; we'll give reasonable notice before any change affects an active paid subscription.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — things like maintenance, third-party outages (including our AI and email providers) or unforeseen issues can cause downtime. We may add, change or remove features over time. We'll try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan offers.
You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently, or is inactive for an extended period, and we'll aim to give notice first where practical. On closure, we'll retain your data for a reasonable period in case you want to export it, then delete it, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including lost profit or lost business) arising from your use of the Service, including from any inaccuracy in an AI-generated quote. Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that can't be excluded.
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example as the business becomes formally registered, as plans change, or as new features are added. We'll update the “last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
