It prices every line against your rates and material costs, not a generic industry average, and groups the result by category so you can see exactly where the total came from.
Before anything gets sent, it also flags what it isn't sure about — a measurement that looks off, a spec worth confirming with the client, a detail the plans didn't cover. That means the questions come up while you're still looking at the quote, not three weeks into the job.
